"I watched my mother cry in the back of a stranger's car as our flight took off without us. I told her — never again. Not for us, not for anyone."

That was May 2015. By December that same year, Hiren had registered Assure Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. with one car and one driver — himself. The promise he made his mother became the line on every booking we send: if our cab causes you to miss your flight, you don't pay.

The local vendor did not arrange any alternative vehicle — they had to wait for nearly 6 hours. Is the flight-miss promise really refundable?

Yes, fully. If our cab causes you to miss your flight (driver delay, breakdown, route error), we refund 100% of the fare and reimburse a one-way alternative-transport ticket up to ₹5,000. No fine print, no exceptions.

How do I pay? When?

20% advance via UPI / card to lock the booking. The remaining 80% is paid after the ride — UPI, cash or card, your call. GST invoice arrives in your inbox before you reach your destination.

Can I cancel a booking?

Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before pickup. Within 60 minutes, only the 20% advance is held — and even that is waived for emergencies (you tell us, we believe you).

Are toll, parking and state-permit charges extra?

For one-way and round-trip outstation rides, tolls and inter-state permits are included in the quote. Driver night halt (₹300) and parking charges (actuals) are additional and shown upfront.

Will the driver speak my language?

Drivers are matched to your route — Gujarat routes get Gujarati-speaking drivers, Maharashtra routes get Marathi/Hindi. All drivers speak conversational Hindi and basic English. Special requests on WhatsApp.
